Precision Ag Support Service Packages
Agland continually strives to provide the best service and support in the industry. To help our customers push the frontiers of precision agriculture we have created three levels of Precision Ag Support. These packages have been designed to help our customers eliminate hardware and software downtime and obtain as much value as possible out of their John Deere Precision Ag systems.
Operations Center Training
- Account management and sign into MyJohnDeere account.
- Configure preferences and apps on smartphones and/or iPad
- One on One Review all features in Operation Center
- Review new updates (If Applicable)
- Learn how to use Operation Center Tools including; Land Manager, Product Manager, Add Equipment, Setup Builder, Files and Field Analyzer

Operations Center Data Management
- Create & Clean Up Fields
- Create & Clean Up Equipment Profiles
- Create & Clean Up Products & Tank Mixes
- Create Setup files with fields, products, and equipment and send to machine(s).

Notes:
- Precision Ag Support Packages are strongly recommended. Customers without a support package will be charged the regular hourly labour rate plus travel time both ways from the nearest Agland location.
- Any hardware repairs that are non-software related will be an additional charge. Some examples of hardware repairs include faulty wiring harnesses, sensors, controllers, etc.
